Air Bear has a general base of operation located at Lawrence munipal airport (KLWM) and is frequently in Boston (KBOS), Bedford (KBED), and Bradley International (KBDL) airports. We provide rapid (24/7) maintenance services for AOG status aircraft anywhere in the northeast.

Home Based AOG Maintenance Technicians – (BOS, BED, or PVD) and (TEB, MMU, or HPN)

 Job Description:
Air Bear Aviation is hiring licensed A&P Mechanics with corporate maintenance experience to be a part of our growing AOG operations in New England.  AOG maintenance technicians troubleshoot and repair the world’s finest business jet aircraft in accordance with requirements established by the company, applicable government agencies, and aircraft manufacturers.
Responsibilities Include:

  • Travel to multiple airports within the assigned region to support AOG aircraft
  • Troubleshoot, replace and repair aircraft and engine systems and components
  • Read, interpret, and comply with all aircraft maintenance documents and procedures
  • Communicate customer’s maintenance control personnel
  • Complete customer and company documentation and turnover logs

This is a direct-hire, career oriented position with an outstanding company that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
  • 3+ years of experience on business jet aircraft
  • Must provide own tools as indicated on company tool list
  • Must read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to pass a 7-year Background investigation
  • Ability to obtain Airport SIDA Badge if necessary
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screening
  • A valid US Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays and flexible shifts
  • PREFERRED: Two (2) years recent experience in an OEM Service Center
  • PREFERRED: Certified training on Gulfstream, Bombardier, Embraer, Cessna or equivalent aircraft

Airline Ops - Line Maintenance A&P Technician - BOS

 Job Description:
Air Bear Aviation is hiring licensed A&P Mechanics with line maintenance experience to be a part of our growing airline operations at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). Line maintenance technicians troubleshoot and repair commercial aircraft in accordance with requirements established by the company, applicable government agencies, and aircraft manufacturers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Troubleshoot, replacement and repair of aircraft and engine systems and components
  • Perform routine turn-around inspections (Transit, Preflight and RON Checks)
  • Read, interpret, and comply with all aircraft maintenance documents and procedures
  • Supervise aircraft positioning, towing, parking and other RON activities
  • Communicate with on-site stake holders and customer’s maintenance control personnel
  • Complete customer and company documentation and turnover logs

  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screening
  • A valid US Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays and flexible shifts
  • PREFERRED: Two (2) years recent line maintenance experience in an airline environment
  • PREFERRED: Certified training on B737/B757/B767, A319/A320, CRJ700/900 or similar aircraft
